Past Life Regression
What’s included
As souls we have lived many lifetimes over thousands of years and different eras. Sometimes we find that with have fears, phobias and blocks and no idea why or what has triggered them. Sometimes we feel very connected on a soul level with someone and cannot understand why. We can also feel drawn to country, places, or certain music that we have never experienced in this lifetime. This is because we are still connected to previous lifetimes and sometimes there is unfinished business as we did not complete the lessons in those lifetimes, so we are presented with them again.
What to expect
During a regression I will be taking you into a gentle relaxed state where I can communicate with your subconscious mind. We will go back into several lifetimes during the session, and you will be the one leading this.
The session lasts around 90 minutes and is facilitated over zoom. Ideally you will be laying down and be fully relaxed with an open mind.
How Past Life Regression Helps
You will see yourself in other countries, with familiar souls, in all kinds or eras and this experience will help you to understand existing patterns in your current life. In turn this can help you to resolve situations and karmic blocks.
